Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, arugula)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated parmesan cheese for garnish

1. Prepare the Steaks:
