Step 1: Prep the Tomato and Basil Pasta 

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Add the garlic, the fresh tomatoes, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and olive oil in a large 9×9 baking dish together. Stir to combine the ingredients well.

Step 2: Make the Pasta and Bake

Bake for 1 ½ hours. When the tomatoes get close to being done, bring a large pot of water to a boil on medium heat. Cook pasta noodles al dente or to your liking, and drain the pasta water well. Be careful not to overcook the pasta – you want to cook the pasta al dente.

Step 3: Add the Pasta to the Easy Tomato Basil Pasta
