  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup spinach leaves
  • Additional mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions for Cauliflower Crust Pizza with Lean Turkey and Veggies

  1. Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Cauliflower: Rice the cauliflower using a food processor. Steam the riced cauliflower, then let it cool. Squeeze out the excess moisture using a clean cloth.
  3. Make the Crust: Mix the cauliflower with the beaten egg, ½ cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking tray, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  4. Bake the Crust: Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  5. Add Toppings: Spread pizza sauce over the crust. Add the turkey, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, and spinach. Top with additional mozzarella.
  6. Bake the Pizza: Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
