Ingredients

  • Homemade Tartar Sauce (see recipe below)

  • Prebaked Salmon Patties

  • Pickled cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • Seasonal Salad

  • Fresh onions, thinly sliced (optional)

  • Burger buns or Keto Burger Bun (for a low-carb option)

Directions

  • Prepare the Salmon Patties: Follow the instructions for salmon patties…
  • Lightly toast burger buns. Spread a generous amount of homemade tartar sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Place a prebaked salmon patty on top of the tartar sauce.

  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
