Ingredient Notes

  • Turkey: A good quality deli turkey. There are so many varieties to choose from now.
  • Cheese: Cheddar cheese, cheese cubes. Ask the deli for a hunk.
  • Bread: Whole grain bread or the bread of your choice.
  • Bacon: It makes everything better and truly makes it taste like a club.
  • Cherry Tomatoes: You can use grape tomatoes too.

Dip

  • Plain Greek yogurt: You can use a low fat or fat free version to save calories.
  • Buttermilk: You can make your own by mixing 1 cup buttermilk = 1 Tablespoon white vinegar + enough milk to measure 1 cup.
  • White vinegar: Another level of tang to the dip.
  • Fresh Herbs : Fresh Parsley and Fresh Chives: minced.
  • All Purpose Blend: All the seasonings you need in one amazing blend.

How to Make Sandwich Kebabs

STEP 1: CUT

Begin by cutting the turkey and cheese into chunks. Then remove the crust from the bread and cut into pieces. Next, cut bacon and lettuce into pieces.

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE

Then assemble kabob by layering 1 tomato, piece of toast, chunk of turkey, piece of bacon, piece of lettuce, piece of toast, piece of bacon, chunk of cheese, piece of toast. Repeat for each remaining kabob.

STEP 3: DIP

Finally, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and then stir until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients

Turkey Club Kabobs

  • ¼ pound deli turkey, unsliced
  • ¼ pound cheddar cheese, unslided
  • 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • lettuce, Several slices

Yogurt Ranch Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 2 teaspoons All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

Kabobs

  • Cut turkey into eight 1 inch chunks.
  • Then cut cheese into eight 1 inch chunks.
  • Remove the crust from the bread and cut bread into 12 one inch pieces.
  • Divide bacon slices into 8 equal pieces.
  • Cut lettuce into eight one inch pieces.
  • Assemble kabob by layering 1 tomato, piece of toast, chunk of turkey, piece of bacon, piece of lettuce, piece of toast, piece of bacon, chunk of cheese, piece of toast.
  • Repeat for each remaining kabob.

Dipping Sauce

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
