  • chicken breasts – You will need fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts for this recipe.
  • mayo – Pick up your favorite brand of mayonnaise to use in this dish. I prefer to use Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise. 
  • grated parmesan cheese – You will need to use the freshly grated parmesan cheese and not the canned stuff. 

Substitutions

Chicken: Instead of chicken breasts, you could also use boneless skinless chicken thighs.

Mayo: If you are not a fan of mayo, you could also use sour cream.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2: Add the chicken to the pan 

Prepare chicken breasts and place in a baking dish.

Step 3: Mix the mayo and seasonings

    • I’m sorry your chicken came out dry. Maybe your oven cooks differently than mine. Next time try cooking it for less time – maybe for the same amount of time you cook other similar chicken recipes.
