Easy Gnocchi Bake
This Easy Gnocchi Bake is one of my favorite recipes for when dinner needed to be done 5 minutes ago! Not only does it cook up quickly, but it’s also virtually hands-free. On a sheet pan, we bake up fresh (or refrigerated) gnocchi, chicken sausage, and a fresh vegetable. The whole thing bakes together for about 20 minutes before it’s ready to be on the table. I’ve been partial to adding marinara and parmesan cheese on top but pesto or a simple olive oil and seasoning blend would be great here too!

Easy Gnocchi Bake
Equipment
- 1 Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 14 oz Gnocchi
- 12 oz Chicken Sausage
- 16 oz Green Beans (trimmed)
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 3 tsp Thyme
- 3 tsp Parsley
Instructions
For the Gnocchi Bake:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet.
- On the baking sheet, add the gnocchi, chicken sausage (sliced), and green beans. Sprinkle with all the seasonings plus salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. At the 10 minute mark give the pan a shake/toss at the 10 minute mark to shift the ingredients around. The gnocchi and chicken sausage should have some slight brown marks when done!
- Dole out the sheet pan items into a bowl and top up with any sauce or cheeses of your choice!
This was super easy to make and delicious! Dinner ready in legitimately 30 minutes, start to finish, and there was enough for leftovers. Going into the standard rotation for sure.
