INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice
  • 6 tbsp almond milk unsweetened

Instructions To Make Chocolate Protein Pancakes

  1. Place a non stick skillet on your stove over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or use butter.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix your eggs, protein powder, sweetener and baking powder. Add the almond milk by the tbs until your batter is a pancake batter like consistency. You may not need all of the almond milk.
  3. Using a 1/3  cup measure, pour your batter into your skillet. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
  4. Serve with what you like and enjoy!
