1. Add the Corn to a Large Bowl

Add black beans, canned corn, regular diced tomatoes, garlic, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, zest, all purpose seasoning and chili powder to a large mixing bowl. Stir everything together.

Ingredients

  • 15.5 ounces Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15.25 ounces Corn, can, drained
  • 4 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped
  • cup Cilantro, chopped
  • cup Lime juice, about 1 large lime
  • ¼ teaspoon All purpose seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Chili powder

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
