Start by spray pie pan with an even coating of cooking spray.  Put flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a pie plate. Stir with fork until combined. In a small bowl, combine milk and oil and pour over dry ingredients to create a pie dough. Reserve 1/3 of the dough for the crumb topping. Press remaining dough into the pie dish, making sure to go up the sides for the bottom crust.

STEP 3: BAKE

Lastly, bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
