How To Make S’mores Dip

S’mores dip is really easy to make and comes together in just 15 minutes, and 5 minutes of that is just letting it sit in the oven under the broiler.

  1. First, melt chocolate chips in a double boiler, stirring frequently.
  2. Once the chocolate is fully melted, incorporate the milk while stirring constantly.
  3. Add marshmallow fluff and stir to combine, allowing the fluff to melt and fully incorporate.
  4. Transfer the dip base to an oven-safe dish and top with a layer of mini marshmallows.
  5. Broil on low until the marshmallows are toasted to a golden-brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Serve with your choice of snacks for dipping!

To set up a double boiler, fill a saucepan with a few inches of water and place a large glass bowl on top of the saucepan so that it sits above the water (but isn’t touching). Bring the water to a simmer to melt the chocolate.
