STEP 1: MIX

First, combine cake mix, oil and eggs and then use a spatula to mix all ingredients together. Then add green food coloring and mix. Next, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into one-inch balls and coat with a thin layer of granulated sugar, and then follow by coating the cookie dough ball in powdered sugar.

  • 1 white cake mix, 1 box, approx. 3 cups
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ tsp gel food coloring, Kelly green
  • 3 tbsps granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsps powdered sugar
