STEP 1: Chicken Breast
Season chicken breast on both sides, use cooking spray to grease your pan and cook on medium-high heat. Shred fully cooked chicken with a mixer or forks.
STEP 2: Filling Crosswise in the Center
To make the filling, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, hot sauce, and melted butter until fully incorporated. If it’s too hard to spread, warm up the mixture for 30 seconds in the microwave.

- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 package Egg roll wrappers
- ½ cup Oil
