Some Extra Tips
  • Almond flour is typically made from blanched (peeled) almonds and has a fine powder texture. If you do not want to buy it, you can get out your food processor and make it yourself easily at home. Just add blanched almonds to a blender and blitz until you get a fine, powdery flour.
  • The cookie dough can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and you can bake the cookies whenever a craving strikes.
  • You can store the baked cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5-7 days.
