Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  • In a bowl stir all cake ingredients just until they come together.
  • Prepare slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  • Pour batter in, cover and cook on high for 2 hours, DO NOT REMOVE LID during cooking.
  • When done, turn off slow cooker.
  • Whisk all glaze ingredients together until well combined.
  • Pour glaze over warm cake.
  • Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • Spoon into bowls and garnish with more coconut & pecans, and ice cream or cool whip, if desired.

    These are my two favorite flavors and I love how I just put it in the crockpot and let it go! And when I used a liner the clean up was a snap!
