INGREDIENTS (for the Chocolate Peanut Base)

  • 1 cup (90g) oat flour
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon (about 100g) creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

INGREDIENTS (for the Chocolate Topping)

  • 3.5 oz. (100g) semi-sweet 70% dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil melted

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chocolate Peanut Base: Add almond butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup into a large bowl. Stir to combine ingredients and then add oat flour and cacao powder. Stir well again until the dough start to form.
  • Prepare a muffin tin (we used silicone) or any other dish that you would like to use for the shape of the cups. Fill about a half of each cup with the chocolate peanut base dough, and using your hands shape the dough into small cups or baskets, making sure to leave enough space for the filling. Use any tool that will help you in the process. Don’t worry if it doesn’t look perfect, our definitely isn’t ;). When done let the cups cool in the fridge while making chocolate topping.
  • Chocolate topping: Prepare a double boiler. Put the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and set it over a pot of boiling water (double boiler) until completely melted. Stir well. Pour the chocolate topping in each of the cups. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Keep in fridge while not eating.
  • Serve and enjoy No Bake Chocolate Peanut Cups the way you like!
