Place the coffee creamer mixture in two pint-sized mason jars. Close the lids on the jars.

Step 3: Place the jars in the Instant Pot

Set the jars on the trivet inside the Instant Pot and then add 1 1/2 cups of water to the Instant Pot.

Set your Instant Pot to high pressure for two minutes. Once the timer is done do a quick release.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ½ tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup milk any type works – whole milk creates a thicker consistency, but any will do including nut milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, mix together all of your ingredients.
  • Place your creamer mixture in two pint size mason jars. Close the lids on the jars (use metal canning lids).

  1. Looks like a fabu coffee creamer but would it be as good using coconut cream in place of the heavy cream ? How long will it keep in fridge? I make my own keto approved sweetened condensed milk as I’m following keto. Thank you

    • I’ve never tried substituting coconut cream for heavy cream, but I looked it up, and it seems like it’s okay to go ahead and try. The creamer will keep in the fridge for 10 days.
