This Instant Pot Turkey Chili is a delicious meal that’s the perfect cold weather meal. Not only is it a hot, delicious dish, but it has just the right amount of heat from the spices too.

When you get tired of Thanksgiving leftovers, this Instant Pot Turkey Chili is a great way to use up the leftover turkey. It’s warm, satisfying, and so delicious.

It’s comfort food that also happens to be really good for you too! A delicious blend of flavors and just the right amount of kick.

I love Tex Mex food so this recipe features a lot of those flavors. Cumin and green chilis transform boring turkey in this dish and traditional Tex Mex toppings like cheese, sour cream, and cilantro work are perfect on it!

How to Make Instant Pot Turkey Chili

This recipe is my favorite type of meal because the Instant Pot does all of the work! You just dump everything into the pot and press start.

Add cooked turkey and diced onion to the inner liner.

And three cans of cannellini beans, just make sure to drain them first.

Next, add two cans of diced green chilis.

Pour in four cups of chicken stock.

And finally, add the seasonings — oregano, cumin, pepper, and garlic powder.

Secure the lid and make sure the valve is set to sealing. Cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes, then quick release the pressure.

Spoon into bowls and serve warm. Add a dollop of sour cream and garnish with cilantro and shredded cheddar cheese.

I hope you love this turkey chili as much as I do. It’s one of my favorite Autumn meals!

And in case you’re wondering, yes! You can absolutely swap out the turkey for chicken if you prefer.
