3 Simple Sauces to Jazz up an Ordinary Baguette | Easy & Delicious Recipes

Bread is a big deal in Spain. With every meal, whether you´re at home or at a restaurant, there is always a basket full of bread. And in many homes & restaurants, there is always a sauce to take that bread to the next-level. In this post, I´m going to show you how to make 3 simple Spanish sauces to jazz up an ordinary baguette.

The three sauces we are making are: Garlic Mayo Aioli, Garlic Parsley Sauce and a Garlic Tomato Sauce. All three sauces are made with the simplest everyday ingredients and each one comes together within minutes.

I used an ordinary baguette from the grocery store to add the sauces into. But you can use any bread you like here. Either way, make sure to lightly toast the bread before adding the sauces. That way the bread doesn´t get soggy and keeps its beautiful texture.

TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: I used a handheld grater to finely grate the garlic into each sauce. But you can always just finely mince the garlic. To veganize the garlic mayo aioli, just use your favorte vegan mayonnaise.
