How to Make these Breakfast Potatoes – Step by Step

  • Peel: First, peel your brown potatoes and then using a cheese grater, grate your potatoes for potato shreds and the best results.
  • Squeeze: Second, place potatoes in cloth and squeeze out moisture and excess water.
  • Mix: Third, add your grated potato to a large bowl, stir in the oil and house seasoning blend and then add your grated potato to your air fryer.
  • Cook: Next, cook your hash browns at 370 degrees for 7 minutes (shake at the halfway mark). Serve.

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 1 TBSP vegetable, or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel your potatoes.
  • Using a cheese grater, grate your potatoes (be careful!)
  • Place all of your grated potato in the middle of about 4 layers of paper towels, or a clean dish cloth. Bring the sides and corners together over the grated potato. Twist until moisture from the potato release. Continue to twist out moisture until no more moisture releases.
  • Add your grated potato to a bowl, and gently stir in the oil and salt, and pepper.
  • Add your grated potato to your air fryer.
  • Cook your hash browns at 370 degrees for 7 minutes (shake at the halfway mark).
