These Halloween monster cookies are aptly named because they are Halloween themed and have adorable sprinkles, candy eyes, and more mixed into the batter. They are cake mix cookies that are loaded up with holiday fun. You could also easily turn these monster cookies into any holiday themed cookie by adjusting the sprinkles you use! For the Halloween monster cookies, we used Halloween themed jimmies and candy eyes.

How to Make Halloween Monster Cookies

STEP 1: PREP

Preheat the oven and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Next in a large bowl mix the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil. Then add the food coloring and mix until combined. Fold the sprinkles into the batter.

STEP 2: BAKE

Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop cookies onto the cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Then bake for 8-10 minutes, until cookies just begin to turn golden brown on the tops.

STEP 3: FINISH

Once the cookies have cooled, press 2 candy eyeballs into the cookies to make your monsters.
