1. Mix the Breading

In a shallow bowl, mix flour and 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, and mix in remaining Old Bay seasoning with panko crumbs.

2. Prepare Fish

Cut fish fillets into desired size sticks. Next, fully coat the fish stick in the flour, then the egg mixture and the panko breadcrumbs mixture. Spray the air fryer basket with a cooking spray or oil, spraying the fish as well. Place the fish sticks in air fryer basket in a single layer on parchment or aluminum foil.

3. Air Fry and Serve the Fish

Finally, air fry on 390 for 6 minutes. Flip the fish sticks, spray with oil, and continue to cook fish sticks on 390 for 4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Transfer the fish sticks to a plate and serve with wedges of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Cod Filets
  • 1 ½ cups Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Panko Crumbs
