2. Prepare Fish
Cut fish fillets into desired size sticks. Next, fully coat the fish stick in the flour, then the egg mixture and the panko breadcrumbs mixture. Ingredients
- 2 pounds Cod Filets
- 1 ½ cups Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Panko Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning, divided
- Lemon, garnish

Instructions
