Yogurt Mint Sauce

It’s not just for lamb! Yogurt and mint sauce is ideal for Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or Indian influenced grilled meats, fish dishes, salads, falafel, and pita dipping. This sauce is prepared in 5 minutes, keeps well in the fridge for a few days and lends itself to enriching and accompanying many dishes. Contingent on which country, there will be some variations of ingredients. For best flavor be sure to use a whole milk yogurt, the freshest herbs, and don’t forget a drizzle of olive oil.
