Vegan Yogurt Parfait with Granola

As a base of this recipe we decided to use coconut yogurt, which can be easily swapped with any kind of yogurt you prefer to eat. Use your favorite granola and berries you have on hand and make your own unique fruit and yogurt parfait.

Yogurt Parfait Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons granola of your choice

TOPPING

  • any kind of berries (blueberries, red current, raspberries, etc..) 
  • more granola – OPTIONAL 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Use a glass jar for this recipe. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt as the bottom layer, then add 2 tablespoons of granola as a second layer. Repeat the process for the next two layers. Finish with 1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt. 
  • Top with some fresh berries and (OPTIONAL) sprinkle some granola on top. Serve it right away or let it chill in a fridge.
