Cut the bagel into thin strips that are about 1/8 of an inch thick.

A serrated knife works great for this because it cuts through the bagel with teeth rather than a flat knife. A flat knife pushes through things as it cuts, and that deflates and/or squishes then. You don’t want that to happen with your bagel or you’ll end up with tiny pieces that won’t really be a great vessel for your dips.

Leave the first two to three pieces from each size as is. Cut the middle pieces in half.

Using a pastry brush, brush one side of the bagel pieces with olive oil. Sprinkle with the seasoning.

Flip the bagel pieces over. Brush the other side with olive oil. Sprinkle each piece with the rest of the seasoning.

Alternatively, if you have olive oil spray, you ocean use that to spray both sides of the bagel pieces instead of brushing the oil on the pieces.

Pre-heat the air fryer to 350 F.

Arrange the bagel pieces in a single layer in the air fryer. Don’t overcrowd the bagel chips and don’t overlap them.

Air fry the bagel pieces for three minutes. Flip them and air fry for an additional two minutes.

Remove the bagel chips from the air fryer and let them cool before eating.

Additional batches may require a little less time, so air fry them for two minutes on one side and two minutes on the opposite side.
