Healthy Berry Baked Oatmeal
Oatmeal can make a great nutritious and tasty breakfast! It can be good warm, cold, sweet, or savoury. I love baked oatmeal because I can make a big batch and throw it in the freezer. I love this berry baked oatmeal flavor because it has a vanilla base, but fresh berries add to the top. It is a super easy one bowl recipe that would make a delicious breakfast all week long.

Ingredients

I love the texture of baked oats. The oats get slightly crispy on the top, but it is creamy when you bite into it. I added some vanilla protein in the batter for some additional protein a vanilla flavor. This berry baked oatmeal recipe is sweetener with maple syrup which pairs perfectly with the vanilla. The fresh tart berries make this baked oatmeal taste just like a dessert with the sweet vanilla base.

It is spring time which means berries are coming back into season and this is just the right recipe to start with. It makes such a easy breakfast cause you can eat it warm or cold. I love packaging it in single servings and placing it in the freezer. You can pull one out the night before and let it defrost in the fridge or just warm it up in the morning! I also love adding some toppings! A dollop of yogurt, nut butter, a little drizzle of maple syrup, some extra berries. I hope this berry baked oatmeal breakfast is just what you need to start you day on the right foot!
