How To Make Instant Pot Sloppy Joe Meat
Select the Sauté button on your Instant Pot and heat the pressure cooker on high.
Add the beef to the Instant Pot and stir until the meat starts to brown. Finely dice the bell pepper and onion and add to the pressure cooker.
Continue to cook for 4 minutes, stirring continuously until soft and translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, vinegar, and sloppy Joe seasoning.

- Cast-iron skillet – similar to a Dutch oven preheat a skillet and add the meat to the skillet. Add ¼ cup water to the meat and let it simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent the meat from sticking to the pan
