Ingredients to Make Sambal Aioli (Hot Chili Aioli) Dipping Sauce

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp sambal oelek, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Sambal Aioli (Hot Chili Aioli) Dipping Sauce

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Serve immediately, or transfer into to a jar and cover with a lid. Sambal Aioli should be refrigerated until ready to use. ENJOY!

    i came to this recipe after making your sambal oelek recipe and used it as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. i about had to fight my husband for it! will make again.
