This popcorn will make the perfect snack to enjoy on Christmas eve. You can store the popcorn in an airtight container for up to one week.
The only ingredients that you need to make this easy popcorn is a bag of microwave popcorn, one bar of white chocolate, crushed peppermint candy and peppermint sugar sprinkles. I used a bag of microwave popcorn, but any other popped popcorn will work for this, such as air popped or you can pop the kernels yourself. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth. Spread the popcorn into a baking dish and pour melted chocolate over it. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint and sprinkles and stir to fully coat. Let the popcorn sit until the chocolate has fully set. Break into pieces and serve.
