Healthy Collagen Chocolate Truffles

What’s in these collagen chocolate truffles

These truffles are perfect for sweet tooth cravings. Made using gluten free and dairy These collagen chocolate truffles make a great alternative snack that’s naturally gluten free, paleo, refined sugar free and dairy free.

So here’s what you need:

  • medjool dates
  • peanut butter, natural
  • Primal Kitchen Peanut Butter Collagen Fuel
  • almonds, raw
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • almond milk
  • maple syrup

Topping

  • unsweetened cocoa powder for rolling
  • crushed almonds for rolling

Healthy Collagen Chocolate Truffles

No bake gluten free, dairy free and naturally sweetened chocolate truffles with collagen.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups soft medjool dates pitted
  • 5 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almonds raw
  • 2 scoops Primal Kitchen Peanut Butter Collagen Fuel
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Topping

  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • crushed almonds

Instructions

  • Place all the truffle ingredients into a food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides from time to time until a dough starts to come together.
  • Separate the dough into 14 evenly sized balls. Roll half of them in cocoa powder and the other half in crushed almonds.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Store the truffles in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerated for up to one week.
