  • Lettuce – choose a salad mix
  • White onion – cut in rings
  • Red onion – finely sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes – finely diced
  • Dressing – garnish all the ingredients with ranch dressing

How To Make Chicken Wraps With Bacon

  1. To make this recipe start and thinly slice the red and white onion. Dice the tomatoes. Take a cast-iron skillet to bake the bacon.
  2. Preheat the skillet to medium-hot and add a cup of water. Put the bacon in the water and let it naturally evaporate. When the water is gone the bacon will brown.
  3. Take a large flour tortilla and put it on a cutting board. Put the lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the tortilla. Sprinkle diced tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  4. Then add sliced red onion to the tomatoes and sliced white onions as well.
  5. Add the strips of cooked bacon on top of the onions. Sprinkle the bacon with ranch dressing before you add slices of chicken breasts.
  6. Finally, tightly roll up the tortilla and cut it in half and you are ready to serve. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 oz. deli-sliced chicken breast
  • 8 bacon strips, cooked until crisp
  • 2 cups lettuce leaves
  • 1 small white onion
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp ranch dressing

Instructions
