This egg recipe is super easy and doesn’t require a whole lot of ingredients. Just put the following on your grocery shopping list and have it ready when you start:
- Large eggs
- Milk
- Onion
- Garlic
- Scallion
- Cherry tomatoes
- Dried chives or parsley
- Hard mozzarella cheese
- Salt

How To Make Instant Pot Egg Bites
To make these egg bites start with finely chopping the onion, mince the garlic and slice the scallion.
Also finely chop the cherry tomatoes.
Take a bowl and whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper to taste. Add all the chopped ingredients, dried chives, or parsley and stir.
Lightly grease the silicone mold or spray with cooking spray before pouring the egg mixture into the mold
Fill about three-quarters of the mold.
Now add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot. Put the egg mold on the handled trivet and low it into the Instant Pot
Close and lock the lid and turn the valve to Sealing. Select the Manual or Pressure Cook button and select high pressure for 8 minutes.
When the cooking time is done let the Instant Pot naturally release the pressure for 5 minutes.

- Oven – you can also reheat egg bites in the oven. Heat the oven to 400℉ and heat them for 3 minutes or until warm
