What You Need For This Recipe
To make this wrap recipe you need several ingredients. Put the following on your grocery shopping list. Have it ready when you start:
- Flour tortillas – use medium-size flour tortillas
- Turkey – you can use leftover shredded turkey or you can prepare a chicken breast and shred it
- Mayonnaise – to spread on the tortilla
- Mustard – spread on the tortilla as well
- Cheese – choose your favorite grated cheese
- Bacon – bake to crispy bacon
- Lettuce – to put inside the wrap
- Tomato – I used Roma tomatoes but you can also use cherry tomatoes
- Avocado – slice the avocado

How To Make Turkey Club Wrap
- First, take your turkey or chicken and warm it in a skillet or pan. Preheat a skillet and add oil. Then add your turkey and let it warm slowly so it won’t stick to the pan. If needed season it with salt and pepper.
- Stack up the flour tortilla and start with a layer of mayonnaise and mustard on each tortilla. Then add your favorite cheese like mozzarella, cheddar, or parmesan.
- Add cooked bacon, shredded turkey, lettuce, and tomato. Half the avocado, remove the pit, and slice into long strips. Put the slices on top of the wrap before you fold and roll each tortilla, burrito-style.
- Cut the wrapped tortillas in half and they are ready to serve.

I used homegrown Roma tomatoes and Romain lettuce which adds to the delicious flavor. It is really easy to grow your own vegetables.

Don’t Have Leftover Turkey?
No worries you can easily substitute the turkey with leftover chicken breast that you can shred or use a rotisserie chicken. Take two forks and shred them into small pieces.
How To Cook Bacon
The standard way to cook bacon is to drop it in a hot skillet and turn it until crispy. To render the fat and evenly baked bacon add about half a cup of water to the skillet.
Heat the skillet on medium heat so the fat in the bacon can slightly dissolve. When the water has evaporated cook the bacon crispy and use it in your recipe.
Do I Need To Warm My Tortilla Wrap For This Recipe?
Warm or cold tortillas in a turkey club wrap is the question. The answer is no you do not have to warm them but you can.
But just like with a regular club sandwich, you toast the bread to give that additional crunch. If you warm the tortillas, you make them taste even better.
Warm it by preheating your oven to 350℉/175℃ and wrapping the tortillas with aluminum foil. Put them in the oven and let them warm for 5 minutes.
You can also warm them in a skillet or the microwave covered with a wet paper towel. Using the oven is convenient because you can warm the whole stack in one go.
Can You Make Turkey Club Wraps Ahead?
Yes, you can make turkey club wraps ahead of time. You can prepare the wraps as described in the instructions. Wrap them burrito style and then wrap them with cling film.
Put them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days You can store it longer but it all depends on the freshness of the ingredients you use.

Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas 10 inches
- 2 cups leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup parmesan
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 Romaine heart
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 avocado
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet and warm the turkey on medium heat. If needed season it with salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350℉ wrap the tortillas with aluminum foil and warm for 5 minutes
- Take a wrap and start with a layer of mayonnaise and mustard on each tortilla
