  1. Start this recipe by cutting the chicken breasts and cut into long strips. Then take a bowl and add the eggs, and the hot sauce, and whisk to combine.
  2. Add the flour, and spices to a second bowl. Cover a piece of chicken with the flour mixture. Then transfer the chicken to the egg mix and then transfer it back into the flour mixture.
  3. Carefully shake the excess flour from the chicken and put it on a plate. Repeat for all the pieces of chicken.
  4. Preheat a cast-iron skillet with about 3 inches of oil to medium heat. Do not heat it too high or your whole stove will be covered with oil when you add the tenders. You want the tenders to gently simmer and cook.
  5. Fry the chicken tender in the skillet in small batches until golden brown. This takes about 5 minutes.
  6. Take out of the pan and put it on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve the buffalo chicken tenders immediately with buffalo wing sauce.
