Buffalo Sauce
The best spicy buffalo sauce for your chicken wings or chicken tenders. Make it once and you will want it all the time.
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- ⅔ cup Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a saucepan and melt the butter. Then add the hot sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce
- Let the sauce simmer on medium heat so it can thicken and incorporate it into a sauce
- If the sauce is still too runny combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water. Add the mixture to the sauce
