Pigs in a blanket are a favorite appetizer for any occasion, but made into a wreath shape these pigs in a blanket become more festive for the Christmas holiday. They make the perfect appetizer to serve for Christmas dinner.You can garnish the wreath with parsley or cilantro to make it look more festive. Served warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

You only need two ingredients to make this appetizer. Just a can of crescent rolls and mini sausage links. Unroll the can of crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into three and wrap each crescent dough around each sausage link. Arrange the pigs in a blanket in a circle, making sure that each one is touching to make them stick together. Bake until the crescents are lightly golden browned.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 24 mini sausages

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into thirds and wrap each in a mini sausage. Place into a circle touching on a large greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with mustard and ketchup.
