Tuna salad:
- Tuna – canned tuna in water is best. Drain it and use the tuna
- Egg – choose large eggs
- Mayonnaise – to get that creamy salad
- Mustard – gives the salad aroma and flavor
- Small red onion – finely dice
- Pickle – dice the pickle as well
- Parsley – you can use fresh or dried
- Salt and pepper – to taste

- Tortillas – use small flour tortillas

How To Make Tuna Salad Wraps
- This is a really easy recipe. Wash the tomatoes and lettuce leaves and shake off any excess water. Make the tuna salad by boiling the egg and prepping all the other ingredients in a big bowl.
- Stir to combine the tuna salad.
- Warm a small flour tortilla in a seasoned cast iron skillet as you will not need any oil or butter. Heat the tortilla when the skillet is hot and turn it after 10 seconds. Bake this side for 10 seconds as well and take it out of the pan.
- Start layering the tuna wrap. First, add the lettuce leaves then a couple of big scoops of tuna salad. Garnish with diced tomatoes, chives, or fresh parsley.
- Roll it up very tight. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and serve immediately.

How To Store Tuna Salad Wraps
You can make these tuna salad wraps ahead of time. If you add lettuce to your wrap you can store them in the fridge. As lettuce doesn’t freeze well using the freezer is not an option.
Store them in an airtight container or wrap them in cling film and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days.
How Do You Keep Tuna Wraps From Getting Soggy?
You can use mayonnaise as a moisture barrier. Take a tablespoon of mayonnaise and spread it on the wrap before adding the lettuce and tuna salad.
Make certain the lettuce is as dry as possible to prevent moisture from the lettuce leaking into the tortilla.
How Do You Keep Wraps From Falling Apart?
To keep wraps from falling apart warm your tortilla first. Put them in a hot skillet for about 10 seconds and flip to heat the other side as well.
You can also put them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Cover with a wet paper towel to keep them pliable. If you have more tortillas that you want to microwave, stack them, and separate them with wet paper towels.
Then add your ingredients and roll up the wrap. Your tortillas will hold way better this way.

Tuna Salad Wrap
This tuna salad wrap is the easiest wrap ever. Make the best tuna salad and wrap it up in a warm tortilla. Try it!
Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 6 Romaine lettuce leaves
- Tuna salad:
- 7-oz can tuna (160-gram)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Small red onion finely diced
- 1 pickle finely diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and lettuce and shake off any excess water
