baked allergy friendly chicken sliders

This is an easy recipe of Allergy Friendly Baked Chicken Sliders that are gluten free and dairy free. Serve with your favorite sides or Homemade Smilies and Corn on the Cob.

For the filling, you need to cook the chicken mince first with spices and vegetables. After the filling is done, layer the baking dish with bottom layer of the gluten free bun. Then top it with meat, pasta sauce and cheese. Place the top layer of the buns on top, then melt dairy free butter and brush it on top of the buns. In the end you can sprinkle with sesame seeds, then bake for 10 minutes.

Ingredient Substitutions

  • 🍔 Buns: use gluten free buns of your choice
  • 🧀 Cheese: use dairy free cheddar style shreds
  • 🧈 Butter: use dairy free butter substitute

My son did not like the sliders at first as it was too big for him but when I served him a quarter of the slider, he demanded more of them. Usually for sliders smaller buns are used. In this recipe, I used gluten free sandwich bread as those are the ones my kids like.

If you can find mini gluten free buns or dinner rolls you can use that. In case you cannot find them, then use the regular ones and then just cut them into four halves after baking.
