For these easy garlic bread sticks, you need only a handful of ingredients. Take a look at this list and have it ready when you start:
- Flour – for this recipe use self-rising flour
- Greek yogurt – I use 0% fat Greek yogurt
- Butter – you can use regular butter or plant-based plant
- Garlic powder – to season the breadsticks

How To Make Breadsticks
- To make these easy garlic bread sticks you start with making the two-ingredient dough. Put the self-rising flour and plain, fat-free Greek yogurt in the bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
- Put the dough on a floured board and knead the dough a couple of times so you can shape it into a ball. If the dough is too sticky add more flour.
- Cut the dough ball into six wedges. Roll each piece of dough into a long rope about 7 inches long. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and combine it with the garlic powder. Brush the sticks with the butter mixture. Preheat the oven to 425˚F/218℃ and bake the sticks for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Take them out of the oven and brush with more melted butter before serving.
