Miracle NO-KNEAD Homemade Beer Bread

And here is another bread recipe……A Miracle NO-KNEAD Homemade Beer Bread. This is it folks, this is the one. Made with just 5 ingredients, takes only 5 minutes to prep and done in just 50 minutes. But let me tell yeah, the flavors here will completely blow you away.

This beer bread is seriously and possibly, the easiest homemade bread recipe ever. No kneading, no waiting for the dough to rise, no special equipment, no bread making experience. The list goes on, but why bother, just make this bread and it will do all the talking.

My favorite part about this homemade beer bread is the texture. Its got a crispy exterior and a soft pillowy interior. And thanks to the beer, a beautiful yeasty flavor that makes this quick bread taste like it took you hours to make.

TIPS & TRICKS to make this Recipe: I used a Spanish beer ¨Mahou¨ to make this bread. I would say it´s very similar to a Heineken. What ever you do, don´t use a beer that is too hoppy. Hops get a bitter flavor when they´re in a hot oven for too long. It took me exactly 50 minutes to bake this bread, but every oven heats differently. So keep an eye on it after 45 minutes.

Key Ingredients & Cookware I used in this Recipe:
9 x 5 INCH BAKING PAN
EXTRA VIRGIN SPANISH OLIVE OIL
SPANISH SEA SALT

Author Albert Bevia @ Spain on a Fork

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour 360 grams
  • 3 tsp baking powder 12 grams
  • 1 tsp sea salt 5.4 grams
  • 2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 37.5 ml
  • 12 oz can beer at room temperature 33 cl

Instructions

  1. Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour into a large bowl, also add in 3 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of sea salt, mix the dry ingredients together, then add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and one 12 oz can of beer at room temperature, mix everything together until well combined and you end up with a sticky dough, this takes about 2 minutes

  2. Grease a 9 x 5 inch baking pan with 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and add in the sticky dough, once all the dough is in the baking pan, make sure it´s all in a single layer

  3. Add the baking pan into a preheated oven, bake only option 175 C - 350 F

  4. After 45 to 50 minutes your bread should be perfectly baked, remove from the oven, you can always tell if your bread is done by sticking a toothpick in the middle part, if it comes out cleanly it´s perfectly baked, otherwise add back to the oven until done

  5. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it settle for 15 minutes before cutting, enjoy!
