Ingredients to make Dalgona Coffee?

Coffee Powder

Firstly, it’s best to use instant coffee powder. Any brand would work. I just use locally available brands. During quarantine, you just use what’s available with no much drama

Sugar

You can use regular breakfast sugar or granulated sugar. Moreover, Dalgona coffee is made using equal portions of coffee powder, sugar, and water, however, some of you may find this a bit bitter, so, to make it better just add another tablespoon of sugar

Water

Most importantly, use hot or warm water to blend the coffee powder and sugar together. Warm water helps to melt the sugar and also yields a smooth and creamy fluffy mixture

Milk

Lastly, any milk of your choice is perfect for this recipe. Full-fat, skimmed milk or simply non-dairy milk. All of it sounds perfect. Moreover, you can have it hot or cold, I leave it to you

I’ve seen Dalgona Coffee all over the Internet lately, of course … and keep meaning to figure out what it is and how to make it, since I ADORE coffee (which I type as I’m sipping my first piping hot mug of joe LOL)! Thank you – now I’ve figured it out, and I can see why it’s such a sensation! Oooooooh … that creamy froth! I think my morning mugful might be feeling a little lonely now … I’d better go fix that LOL!
