Jerk seasoning is a famous Caribbean seasoning. It is famously used in chicken and it is known for creating the infamous jerk chicken. Jerk seasoning is usually used in meats. Since we like to break the rules, we use it to make plantain chips and to make Baked Jerk Potato Wedges.

In order to spice up the regular potato wedges, using jerk seasoning was the best way to go. Because of the amazing flavors in the seasoning, your potato wedges will go from boring to amazing.

Baked Jerk Potato Wedges

These baked jerk potato wedges is the perfect way to spice up those plain potato wedges. You don't need much to make them.

Ingredients

  • 6 large Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 6 tbsp Dry jerk seasoning
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • Place the potatoes into a bowl and season with salt, jerk seasoning and olive oil.
  • Place on the baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes.
