- Pepperoni sausage – use sliced pepperoni
- Garlic – fresh garlic
- Olive oil – good quality olive oil

How To Make Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza
- To make this recipe start with the garlic. Mince and mix with olive oil. Brush the flatbread with oil & garlic with half the mixture. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175℃ and let the flatbread crisp in the oven on a baking tray for 5 minutes.
- Take the flatbreads out of the oven and cover the flatbreads with Frito tomato sauce.
- Then thinly slice the tomatoes and put them on top of the sauce.
- Now generously cover the flatbread pizza with grated mozzarella cheese. As a final step decorate the pizza with slices of pepperoni.
- Return the flatbreads to the oven for another 5 minutes. Then turn to broil and leave the pizza for 2-3 minutes so the cheese can go hot and bubbly.
- Watch the bread closely, if the pizza gets too dark before 2-3 minutes remove it from the oven immediately. Once the pepperoni flatbread pizza is baked and the edges are golden in color, take it out of the oven.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and your pepperoni flatbread pizza is ready to serve and enjoy!
Easy Flatbread Pizza Recipe
If you are wondering what more you can do with your favorite flatbreads then this recipe is for you. Of course, you can eat it as bread with some gyros or shawarma but why not turn it into a pizza?
Just like this pizza Margherita, the best thing is you have it on the table in no time. What I like about this pizza is it is made with thick gyro flatbread. If you do not have thick flatbread, you can also use e.g. naan bread.
This works also.
Can You Make Flatbread Pizza Ahead Of Time?
Yes, you make these flatbread pizzas ahead of time. If you do not want to eat them straight away you can store them in:
- Fridge – put your flatbread pizza wrapped in foil or an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days
- Freezer – you can store the pizza bread in the oven. Cool completely before freezing
