Chocolate and peanut butter always makes a great combo, and these no-bake bars are no exception. Made with a soft and crumbly brownie layer and topped with chewy and not-to-sweet peanut butter layer, this will become your go-to keto snack or quick dessert. Made with Kiss My Keto – Keto Bars.

I love no bakes. It makes it possible to prepare some homemade desserts with such little prep work.

Add the chopped peanut butter bar, butter, and walnuts to a food processor and pulse until grainy. 

Add the cocoa powder and pulse until almost smooth.  

Transfer into a mixing bowl and add fold in the almond meal.

For more crunch, make the brownie batter without the walnuts and add them after you’re done processing the mixture. If you want a more delicate flavor, replace the walnuts with chopped pecans.  

For a richer flavor, add bourbon vanilla extract to the brownie layer.  

For extra peanut butter flavor, add a layer of softened peanut butter on top of the frozen mixture before slicing into bars.

Ingredients
  • Brownie layer:
  • 2 Kiss My Keto – Keto Bars (Chocolate Peanut Butter)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
  • Peanut butter layer:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp granulated erythritol
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Make the brownie layer: add the chopped peanut butter bar, butter, and walnuts to a food processor and pulse until grainy.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and pulse until almost smooth.
  3. Transfer into a mixing bowl and add fold in the almond meal.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Alternatively, use two smaller pans and divide mixture into two parts.
  5. Place into the freezer while you make the peanut layer.
  6. Put peanut butter, butter, erythritol, and heavy cream into a blender and process until smooth.
  7. Spread the peanut mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Pop in the freezer for an additional 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
