Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip Muhammara

Happy Saturday guys! Recipe of the day is Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip Muhammara – delicious combination of sweet red peppers, walnuts and spices.

Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip Muhammara

Muhammara is traditionally made with Aleppo chilli flakes where it originates from. The ones I used were different but I think worked fine. Make sure to use pomegranate molases though, it does make a difference. You can usually find it in most of the big supermarkets.

If you haven’t tried Muhammara before, wait no more – this yummy dip has already become one of my favs and it is so simple to make!

What you need:

  • red peppers
  • walnuts
  • chilli flakes
  • olive oil
  • pomegranate molases
  • tomato paste
  • sugar
  • garlic
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • lemon juice
