Smoked Salmon & Croissant Sandwiches

Open-Faced Smoked Salmon and Egg Croissant Sandwiches

This is a simple-to-make but gourmet combination of flavors to elevate your brunch game to the next level.

Ingredients

  

  • Croissants sliced open like a sandwich
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Chives minced

Instructions

 

  • Whisk eggs with milk and scramble. Meanwhile, heat up another pan (without oil since the croissants are buttery) and toast the croissants, open-face down.
  • Arrange on a plate by placing eggs on croissants, then smoked salmon, and topping with minced chives and freshly cracked pepper.
