Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cup chia seed
  • cup white sesame seed
  • cup black sesame seed
  • cup pumpkin seed
  • cup sunflower seed
  • 1 egg yolk removed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (including seeds) and thoroughly mix together. Slowly pour in ¾ cup water, mixing together as you pour. Knead with your hands for about 5 minutes. Add 3 tbsp olive oil and continue kneading until it resembles a dough ball.
  • On a piece of parchment paper, roll out the dough, until slightly thicker than a quarter. Use a pizza cutter or dough cutter to cut the dough into triangle or rectangle shapes. Brush an egg wash over the dough and sprinkle over some extra salt and chia seeds.
  • Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool and enjoy!
