Chicken Tikka Masala
You guys! I hope I will be able to get this description right because this dish deserves it. It's so creamy, so flavorful, so delicious. Every time Jernej cooks something new for the first time, he asks me to give it a try and to give him my honest opinion. Usually, I try it with a teaspoon, and then even though I love it, I like to stop and devour the meal once seated and calm. However, this wasn't the case this time. I could stand and eat the whole dish myself. It is so incredibly tasty that I could dream about it. So simple, yet full of perfectly combined spices. It's slightly spicy, just to give it an extra kick, but we tried it without the chili too, and it was just as good, so it all depends on your spiciness preference.
