Crispy french fries topped with crispy bacon and covered with ranch dressing and jalapenos, this tasty appetizer is the perfect super bowl or game day food. I am always looking for new appetizers for game days that won’t require too much time in the kitchen. Everyone will love these crispy cheesy fries loaded with shredded colby jack cheese, crumbled bacon and ranch dressing. There are no need for plates with this delicious appetizer, making it great for serving at a super bowl party.

The fries are started with frozen french fries to make it even simpler to make. But you can make you own french fries for this as well. The french fries that I used are the thick cut, because they hold all of the cheese and ranch better. But the thinner cut fries or your favorite cut will work well also. Cook the fries according to the package directions until the fries are crispy. Sprinkle shredded colby jack cheese evenly over the fries. Sprinkle with the cooked and crumbled bacon. Place pickled jalapenos on top and drizzle with ranch dressing. Bake the fries for another few minutes, just until the cheese has melted.
