What is the best champagne for mimosas?

The best champagne for mimosas is going to be a dry or semi-dry sparkling wine option in order to create a nice balance with the apple cider. Some great options are cava, prosecco, and brut. That is not an extensive list, however, so choose whatever sounds best to you!

Can mimosas be made with vodka?

Yes! Traditional mimosas are made with champagne, but vodka is another common option. You can explore different types of vodka too. Do keep in mind, however, that vodka has a significantly higher alcohol content so plan accordingly.

When should you drink mimosas?

There really is no rule of thumb with mimosas! They are the perfect bubbly drink that can serve as a morning cocktail, beverage with dinner, as well as gatherings with family and friends.

What is the best glass to serve mimosas in?

You can serve these however you want, really! Some great options include Champagne flutes, the stemless flute glasses, and shatterproof plastic flute glasses (which are great for parties!).
